This series is a study of movement and plasticity. Five stripes move in a wavy manner over a flat surface. The ripples they make provide depth and layering. Black stripes on a subtle light gray background. However, the black is not pure black. The rough stamp-like texture provide, shade, nuance and liveliness to the black tones.
